What This Site Collects

DiveWithYouri is a public editorial website. Most pages can be browsed without creating an account or submitting personal data.

If you use the contact form, the site collects the information you provide directly: your name, email address, subject, and message.

The site also uses Vercel Analytics to measure visits and understand which pages are being used. That service may process technical usage information such as page views, referrers, device or browser details, and approximate performance data.

How Contact Messages Are Handled

When you submit the contact form, the message is sent through the site server and may trigger an email notification to the site owner.

The same submission is also stored in the site database so inquiries can be reviewed and answered later.

If the database is temporarily unavailable, the site may log the submitted message on the server so the request is not lost.

Why The Data Is Used

Contact form information is used only to review inquiries, reply to messages, and manage collaboration or project discussions you initiate.

Analytics data is used to understand traffic, improve the website structure, and monitor how the public archive is being used.

The site is not designed to sell personal data, build advertising profiles, or run a user account system.

Sharing And Processors

Contact form messages may be processed through the configured email delivery provider and database infrastructure used by the site.

Usage analytics are processed through Vercel Analytics.

Outside of those technical processors, personal information is not shared unless it is necessary to respond to your request, protect the site, or comply with a legal obligation.

Images And Third-Party Sources

Images used on the site may originate from the site owner, collaborators, or third-party sources used with permission, license, or attribution requirements.

When an image is not owned directly by the site owner, internal editorial records may store source and credit details so usage can be documented accurately in public-facing legal or policy text.

That source information is used for editorial rights tracking and attribution management, not for advertising or unrelated profiling.

Policy section

Retention

Contact submissions may be retained for as long as they remain relevant to communication, collaboration history, operational record-keeping, or legal and security needs.

Analytics data retention is governed in part by the analytics provider used by the site.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit the contact form and instead avoid providing personal information through the website.

If you have sent a message and want to request deletion or correction of the contact information you provided, you can email contact@divewithyouri.com.

If your jurisdiction grants additional privacy rights, requests will be handled in line with applicable law where reasonably possible.
