The KT-12 is a German armed cargo and transport ship built in Livorno, Italy, for the Kriegsmarine. On May 10, 1943, during its maiden voyage to deliver supplies to North Africa, it was torpedoed and sunk by the British submarine HMS Safari.

The KT-12 wreck lies in the Gulf of Orosei off the coast of Sardinia, Italy. The wreck was surveyed and documented through photogrammetry.
